Get One, Give One Promotion

For every new individual member who joins the Linux Foundation before January 31, 2010, the Linux Foundation will give a free membership to a student for one year. Students who are interested in obtaining a sponsored membership can sign up here and will be sponsored on a first-come, first-serve basis.

New individual members can elect to sponsor a student on the Linux Foundation website or can request the membership be given to a friend or family member. The student will be required to show proof of student status in the form of a valid student ID.
