Does this printer work with free software?

This printer has been reported working. It supports PCL5e, and can be used with the ljet4 driver. Printing will be slow unless you upgrade the default amount of memory.

QMS 2200 DeskLaser

Why is there no output, even thought LED's blink?

You need a driver for this printer. http://home.mn.rr.com/richardsons/foo2zjs/

The driver has been tested with the 2200 DeskLaser to be working.
