I've bought one of the Keyspan USB Serial adapters and I can guarantee that none of the USB adapters support Appletalk. In fact it's not the adapter's problem but Appletalk's design. The Mac will not look at USB as a cabling option for Appletalk. The only possible solution is a Localtalk-Ethernet bridge like those from Asante or the Sonic Microprint adapters.

I really appreciate you developing/posting the Imagewriter drivers.

Apple talk Image writer II

Hi,

I am using Keyspan and Image writer II should work as shared printer. We also have a bridge and AppleTalk ImageWriter works with 10.3 and 10.4 but not in Leopard. If anyone can help i will apriciate very much. Goran
