At least 10 stuffed penguins are hidden around the world and are waiting to be found and adopted by you.
As the Linux mascot, the Tux penguins represent freedom, collaboration and innovation and are what hundreds of thousands of people from every region in the world use to identify themselves as supporters of Linux . Now, you can show your support by finding tux and tweeting your “selfie” with the Linux mascot to @linuxfoundation with hashtag #hiddentux. Nearly one million Linux developers, sysadmins and enthusiasts will witness these pictures and inspiration across The Linux Foundation social channels and web properties.
Follow @linuxfoundation on Twitter and watch for clues that will help you find one of these 10 #hiddentux plush animals. When you tweet your picture with the #hiddentux hashtag you will receive two free tickets to the LinuxCon and CloudOpen event nearest you and be featured in a video later this year or in early 2015 that compiles all the pictures taken by people around the world with their #hiddentux.
