We are building an optimal user experience that is engaging, user-focused, and data-driven for the developers and organizations who use our CommunityBridge platform; and simplifying the path the production so that our development teams can focus on what matters most.

You will be focused on the why, what and how of the CommunityBridge platform. The why involves user motivation for adopting the platform, whether it be related to automating tasks they currently perform manually, or the views and values of our organization and the open source communities we support. The what, focuses on the functionality, what can people actually do with it. Which gets us to the how, which is designing the functionality in an accessible and aesthetically pleasing way. It is about creating a platform that developers and organizations can form meaningful experiences with, and ensuring that the substance of CommunityBridge comes through and provides a seamless, fluid experience.

You will be an integral part of our creative and development teams, helping us tackle key challenges by crafting seamless user-centered experiences. You have extensive UX experience, and are excited by the challenge of a fast-paced design/development environment, and working across teams to enable our communities to use our platform – easily.
