Rob Moffat has worked at many of the top-tier investment banks in London on regulatory and transformation IT projects. Rob is a staunch advocate of Open Source and works on many open source projects, including FINOS’ FDC3 project for interoperability, the Common Cloud Controls project, Open Source Readiness Special Interest Group and the "Spring Bot" project, which he built and contributed whilst working at Deutsche Bank. Rob holds a Computer Science degree and an MBA and is the author of Risk-First Software Development.
Helene Astier, Head of Technology, MI Enterprise Technology & Sustainability, S&P Global
Helene Astier is the Head of Technology, MI Enterprise Technology And Sustainability at S&P Global Market Intelligence which provides real time data, analytics, news and research for multiple asset classes to our customers. She specializes in streamlining departments like Sales, Customer Service, HR, Legal and Tech using AI by improving processes and increasing automation. She is responsible for the vision and strategy at MI to automate the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and evangelizes quality practices and metrics throughout the process.
Helene graduated with a Master of Science in Computer Science and an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology and she has spoken at several international conference events such as QUEST, FOSDEM, and CQAA, on topics related to software quality. In her spare time, Helene likes to go hiking with her dogs, garden, watch musicals ... and keep up with AI news.
Tim Serewicz, Vice President of Education, Linux Foundation Education
im Serewicz is the Vice President of Education for the Linux Foundation with over twenty years of experience working with Linux, emerging technology, and open source projects. In this role, he is accountable for the department's strategy, development, and cross-functional delivery of content. Tim also leads the Security Knowledge Framework team, building a platform of cybersecurity scenarios for developers to learn and test their skills, as well as keep current with common vulnerabilities. He also created, maintains, and teaches Quantum Computing, CKA, CKAD, and CKS Kubernetes courses and acts as an in-house subject matter expert for cloud topics for the certification team.
